Tell us the subject, desired scale, finish, sculpt or STL if known, colour references and any real deadline.
Existing order
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Damaged delivery
Keep all packaging. Email photographs of the parcel, internal protection and damaged part so we can assess the situation.
