ORDERING & PRODUCTION

Before the workbench starts.

Are your figures made to order?

Most pieces are produced after the order is placed rather than pulled from mass inventory. This lets us keep production limited and focus on finishing and quality control. If a product is ready to ship, its listing can state that separately.

How long does production take?

A typical order takes around 3–4 weeks to produce, but size, complexity, hand-painting and the current studio queue can extend that time. Shipping time starts after production is complete and is separate from the production estimate.

Can I order for a birthday, event or specific deadline?

Contact the studio before ordering if you have a fixed date. We can tell you whether the current queue makes it realistic, but a deadline should only be considered confirmed when we explicitly agree to it.

Can I change or cancel an order after purchase?

Contact us as soon as possible. What can be changed depends on whether production has started, whether the piece is personalised and the circumstances of the order. Return and cancellation eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

FINISH & MATERIALS

What you are actually buying.

What is the difference between a garage kit and a hand-painted figure?

A garage kit is supplied as unpainted resin parts and requires preparation, assembly and painting. A hand-painted figure is printed, prepared and painted in our studio. Some painted pieces may still ship partially disassembled when that is safer for transport.

Will my hand-painted figure look exactly like the photos?

The photos show the standard and style of our studio work, but each piece is finished by hand. Small differences in colour, shading, weathering and brushwork are normal and are part of the individuality of a handmade collectible.

Are product images real photographs or 3D renders?

A product gallery can include both studio photography and 3D renders. Renders help show the sculpt and possible presentation; real studio photos show an actual physical piece. Our Showcase is specifically focused on pieces that have physically passed through our studio.

What material do you use?

Our figures are produced in UV-cured resin selected for detailed collectible printing. Transparent parts may use clear resin. Materials can vary by part or project as we refine the production process, so contact us if a specific material detail matters to you.

What do scales such as 1/8, 1/6 or 1/4 mean?

The scale describes the figure relative to the character’s intended full size. Exact height varies from character to character and from sculpt to sculpt, so always check the dimensions shown on the specific product rather than assuming every 1/6 figure has the same height.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

From our studio to your shelf.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Italy and supported international destinations. The services available for a specific order depend on destination, parcel size and carrier availability.

How is shipping calculated?

Available shipping services and rates are calculated at checkout using the destination and order details. Large-scale statues can cost significantly more to ship than smaller pieces because protective packaging increases parcel size and weight.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For international orders, local authorities may charge import VAT, customs duties or handling fees depending on the destination. These charges are outside our control unless the checkout explicitly states that they are included.

How are fragile resin parts protected?

We use protective packaging suited to the model and scale, and parts can be packed separately when that reduces the risk of breakage. Keep all packaging until you have inspected the piece after delivery.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the outer box, internal packaging and damaged part before discarding anything, then contact us promptly with your order details. We will assess the situation and work with you on the appropriate solution under the order and shipping conditions.

Will I receive tracking information?

Once the order is dispatched, shipping confirmation is sent and tracking is provided when it is available for the selected carrier service.

CARE & SUPPORT

After the piece arrives.

How should I care for a resin statue?

Display it away from prolonged direct sunlight and high heat. Dust it gently with a soft dry brush or similar non-abrasive tool, and avoid aggressive cleaners or solvents. Handle thin weapons, hair strands and other protruding details with particular care.

Are these figures toys?

No. They are decorative collectibles made from resin and can include small, pointed or fragile parts. They are intended for display and should be kept away from small children.

What is your return policy?

Eligibility depends on the type of order and the circumstances. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing. Personalised or custom work can be treated differently where applicable, and you can contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

CUSTOM PROJECTS

When the catalogue is not enough.

Can I request a custom colour scheme or paint finish?

Often, yes. It depends on the sculpt, the requested finish and our current workload. Contact us before placing the order so we can confirm feasibility, timing and any price difference.

Can I send you my own STL file?

We can evaluate customer-supplied files. The model must be technically suitable for resin printing and you must have the necessary rights or permission to have it produced. We may decline files that create technical, safety or intellectual-property concerns.

Can you print any character or 3D model?

Not automatically. A printable file, a commercial licence for that file and the intellectual-property rights attached to a character or design are separate issues. We evaluate custom requests individually and may decline projects we cannot produce appropriately.

What should I include when asking for a custom quote?

Send the character or project reference, the 3D model or sculpt studio if known, desired scale, garage-kit or painted finish, colour references and any real deadline. The more concrete the brief, the more accurately we can assess the work.

STILL UNSURE?

Ask before you order.

If a detail could affect the piece you choose, it is worth clarifying before production starts.
